Cora OpsManager default new process is “manual case creation”. To add other process to the home page:
- On Administration console, go to Portal Settings > Portal Categories.
- Edit Ops Manager.
- Select the workflow(s), you want to display on home page, by double clicking on its name in “All workflows” list.
- Click Update.
Note:
Before adding a workflow to home page, make sure the property “Can be instantiated” is selected for the workflow, and the workflow is made visible.
