Add New Process to Cora OpsManager Home Page

Cora OpsManager default new process is “manual case creation”. To add other process to the home page:

  1. On Administration console, go to Portal Settings > Portal Categories.
  2. Edit Ops Manager.
  3. Select the workflow(s), you want to display on home page, by double clicking on its name in “All workflows” list.
  4. Click Update.

Note:
Before adding a workflow to home page, make sure the property “Can be instantiated” is selected for the workflow, and the workflow is made visible.
