Overview

Flowtime Lite portal is a Flowtime site application especially designed for the Lite users, mainly external users like customers' customers, who need to create and manage new cases and communicate on these cases via portal. The Lite users do not have access to other functionalities like Hot Operations and Analytics.

Use case

Consider a Cora SeQuence customer with a large customer base of its own. With the Flowtime Lite portal, the customer can provide more structured data options to his customers, the Lite users, through the forms and tasks. The customer can ensure data security by providing the Lite users an authenticated controlled access to case data, smooth communication, and more visibility on their cases. 

With the Flowtime Lite portal, the lite customers can create new cases for their requests and can have end-to-end visibility and communication on these cases.

Solution architecture

The Flowtime Lite portal is an independent solution that can reside in a separate environment and communicate with the organization’s internal case management system while supporting complex security requirements.  

You can install the Flowtime Lite portal in the following ways depending on the customers' requirement:

• Two Cora SeQuence installations with two databases, one for Flowtime and the other for the Flowtime Lite portal. You can manage separately your licenses for the two types of users, internal and Lite users. 
• One Cora SeQuence installation with one database used for both Flowtime and the Flowtime Lite portal. You need two separate solutions, one for the Flowtime internal users and the other for the Flowtime Lite users.
