1 | For a closed case, on sending an email with the originated mail box ID in the CC field, and the Case ID in the subject line, a new case was created with corrupt details. | For such cases, if the originated mail box ID is in the To or CC field of the email, a new case is created with details from the originated mail box ID defined in the MailboxRoutingConfig. If no match is found in MailboxRoutingConfig, the case is created with details from the originated mail box defined in the PlatformConfig. |
