This is an update for Cora OpsManager V3.1, which resolves the product issues detailed below.

Resolved Issues

| 1 | Target date extension didn’t consider the case time zone and calculated everything based on UTC. | The extension is calculated based on the case time zone. In audit log the extension from previous target date to new target date is shown in the case time zone units. |
| 2 | In Aging of open cases report, the age was calculated based on UTC time zone and not based on the case time zone. | The age is now calculated based on the case time zone. |
| 3 | On the Approval window, you could add only one attachment apart from the pdf. On attaching more files only the pdf was sent in the email. | It is possible to add more than one attachments, and all are sent in the email. |
| 4 | On the Approval window, you could not delete the extra attachments made. As a workaround you had to close the Approval pop-up window and open again. | It is possible to delete extra attachments other then the pdf. |
| 5 | In the Aging of Open cases report, 0 number was marked in red if the calendar used for Case target date calculation has been deleted or if the case age is actually 0. | 0 will be marked red only when the calendar used for Case target date calculation has been deleted. |
