Overview
The All Cases Full Report dashboard consists of the following five components:
- SP (Stored Procedure)
- Report Table
- WF (Workflow)
- Job
- Dashboard
Customize the All Cases Full report
- Duplicate the ICM Reporting Population, and rename it with a different name.
- Duplicate the spwfa_coraops_bi_cases_breakdown SP, and rename it with a different name.
- In the SP change the CoraOps_BI_Cases_Breakdown table references with the newly created table name.
- For example, CoraOps_BI_Cases_Breakdown_[ProjectName].
- In the new WF, edit the SP Name to the newly created SP.
- Go to Jobs management.
- Disable the Reporting Population job.
- Add a new job.
- Start the WF.
- The newly WF.
- Custom – nightly.
- Run the job.
- Go to Analytics and edit the All Cases Full Report dashboard.
- Go to Data Model and remove the existing table.
- Add a lookup table.
- Select External table.
- Click Add.
- Paste the table name.
- In the connection string, select the default database.
- Click Continue.
- In the Data tab, select the new table.
- Click OK.
- Click Edit on the table object.
- Click Next.
- Choose the new query.
- In the Format tab, modify the columns per the requirements.
- Save the dashboard.
To hide the older report, you can remove permissions from everyone.
