Customize the All Cases Full Report Dashboard

V4.0 and later

Overview

The All Cases Full Report dashboard consists of the following five components:

  • SP (Stored Procedure)
  • Report Table
  • WF (Workflow)
  • Job
  • Dashboard

Customize the All Cases Full report

  1. Duplicate the ICM Reporting Population, and rename it with a different name.
  2. Duplicate the spwfa_coraops_bi_cases_breakdown SP, and rename it with a different name.
  3. In the SP change the CoraOps_BI_Cases_Breakdown table references with the newly created table name. 
  4. For example, CoraOps_BI_Cases_Breakdown_[ProjectName].
  5. In the new WF, edit the SP Name to the newly created SP.
  6. Go to Jobs management.
  7. Disable the Reporting Population job.
  8. Add a new job.
    1. Start the WF.
    2. The newly WF.
    3. Custom – nightly.
    4. Run the job.
  9. Go to Analytics and edit the All Cases Full Report dashboard.
  10. Go to Data Model and remove the existing table.
  11. Add a lookup table.
  12. Select External table.
  13. Click Add.
  14. Paste the table name.
  15. In the connection string, select the default database.
  16. Click Continue.
  17. In the Data tab,  select the new table.
  18. Click OK.
  19. Click Edit on the table object.
  20. Click Next.
  21. Choose the new query.
  22. In the Format tab, modify the columns per the requirements.
  23. Save the dashboard.

To hide the older report, you can remove permissions from everyone.
