Description
When receive an HTTP Error 503 when you try to access the Administration site or Flowtime site.
Cause
In most cases, the application pool is down.
Affected Versions
All versions.
Solution
Start the application pool and try to access the site again. If you receive the error message again, meaning, the application pool stopped again, check the credentials of the user running the application pool, and reset the application pool identity.
