Cora SeQuence 8.4.5 Release Notes

This is an update for Cora SeQuence v8.4.0, which resolves a product issue, detailed below.

Resolved Issues

AlternateMail is not synched to the fldEmail field when provisioning users from Azure AD.

Resolution: If there is no email property for the user, the Azure AD Synchronization Service retrieves the first item in the AlternateEmails property. If there is no value in the AlternateEmails field, the MailNickName property is retrieved.

Update Steps

Update from 8.4.4:

1. Download the files
2. Back up your Cora SeQuence database.
3. Run the PatchSynchronization_Data.sql script from the DB Scripts folder on your Cora SeQuence database.
4. Run IISReset.
5. Make sure the following files and folders are on the same level in the server.
   • GAC
   • exe.bat
   • PatchTo8_4_5.ps1
6. Run the exe.bat file as Administrator on all Cora SeQuence servers.
7. Run IISReset for the change to take effect.

NOTE: If you are running a Cora SeQuence version earlier than v8.4.4, you must install v8.4.4 before you install v8.4.5.
