Description
Flowtime site and forms load properly on desktop browsers, but do not load properly on mobile devices. Some common issues include:
- Missing Flowtime grids
- Missing CSS
- JavaScript is not running
- Remote debugging displays errors, such as:

Cause
SharePoint applies its own mobile view policy, which conflicts with Cora SeQuence behavior.
Affected Versions
All versions with Flowtime on SharePoint.
Solution
There are two solutions.
- Deactivate the Mobile View feature in SharePoint by navigating to Flowtime > Site Settings > Manage site features > Locate Mobile Browser View > Deactivate.
- For mobile device access, instead of using Flowtime, use ProcessTOGO, which is a lighter runtime application designed specifically for mobile devices.
