Browser is Not Supported Error Message in IE 11

Description

When you open App Studio in an Internet Explorer 11 browser, you receive an error message that the browser is not supported.

Cause

You are using Internet Explorer 11 in Compatibility View.

Affected Versions

7.6 and later

Solution

1. Open an Internet Explorer browser.
2. Navigate to Settings > Compatibility View settings.
3. Verify that the Cora SeQuence Administration site is not listed in the websites list in Compatibility View Settings.
4. Clear the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View check box.
